The neighbourhood features 895,000 sq. ft. of housing, offices, public space and green space across from Parc Jean-Duceppe in the borough of Rosemont – La Petite-Patrie, designed according to the most stringent planning and environmental standards.

With a focus on mixed uses and social diversity, the Technopôle Angus green neighbourhood will attract and retain employers and families in the heart of Montreal. Everything has been designed to create a space for living together in harmony and in connection with the surrounding community.

The Neighbourhood Development and Land-Use Plan, created by Provencher_Roy (multidiscilinary architecture) and NIPPAYSAGE (landscape architecture), is a model of innovative infrastructure design:

The centrepiece of the green neighbourhood is Cité Angus, a 100% family-focused condominium development. The first 120 units feature 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms: affordable family housing eligible for City of Montreal Home Ownership Program grants. Presale begins in spring 2018!
