L’Îlot Angus features 350 housing units distributed throughout four separate wings, each inspired by the industrial heritage of the former Angus workshops. The project’s architecture promotes sociability and quality of life:

- A variety of housing types: 1, 2, and 3‑room apartments tailored for the needs of families and professionals

September 2025 : Concrete work has begun
By the end of September, blasting and excavation should be completed on the site. However, crushing will continue for a few more weeks in order to break up all the material extracted from the ground.
At the same time, concrete work has begun on the site. The first section of the concrete slab should be formed and poured by the end of the month. It should be noted that this work may occasionally cause traffic disruptions on Mont-Royal Street in the coming weeks.
