L’Îlot Angus features 350 housing units distributed throughout four separate wings, each inspired by the industrial heritage of the former Angus workshops. The project’s architecture promotes sociability and quality of life:
- Mezzanine
- Glass walkways between buildings, providing bright and spacious circulation areas
- A variety of housing types: 1, 2, and 3‑room apartments tailored for the needs of families and professionals
- Convenient, nearby services on the ground floor: local shops, daycare centre (CPE), and an organization dedicated to food security
Sustainable and efficient housing
L’Îlot Angus is currently pursuing LEED certification to ensure outstanding energy efficiency while reducing its ecological footprint. This innovative eco-district features a smart energy loop that optimizes the energy use of its buildings. Efficient rain water management systems capture and reuse water, reducing the pressure on local infrastructures while protecting the environment. More than a place to live, the Angus Block offers a new lifestyle where energy efficiency and well-being coexist in harmony.
