Espace Angus is an interpretive center dedicated to the history and evolution of the Angus Technology Park. This hub for gathering and learning immerses visitors in a unique collective journey: the transformation of the Angus Workshops into an innovative and dynamic eco-district.

Through exhibitions, interactive installations and a variety of activities, Espace Angus takes visitors through the various stages of this revitalization project and how it has impacted the community. It is also an opportunity to gain insight on the future projects that will continue to make the Technopôle Angus an inspiring example of sustainable development.

Espace Angus will open its doors to the public on certain occasions, for open houses and special activities. Group visits can also be arranged to learn more about the Technopôle Angus and its urban eco-district. Reservations can be made for meetings, workshops or events at Espace Angus.

PHOTO EXHIBITION — DROWSTER
This month, Espace Angus invites you to immerse yourself in the world of Montreal photographer Drowster, who turns his lens on the architecture of the Technopôle and plays with natural light to highlight its unique character. The site’s textures, materials, and lines come to life under lighting that invites you to see the place in a new light.

A wonderful opportunity to (re)discover this place through an exhibition!

Group Visit

Come discover the Technopôle Angus

Guided tours offer the opportunity to learn more about the history that led to the creation of this unique site and the elements that make it a true eco-neighborhood today. They consist of two parts: an introduction outlining the transformation of the former industrial wasteland, followed by a tour of the Technopôle Angus grounds to better understand what makes it unique.

Activity Details

Duration: Approximately 1 hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Group size: Minimum of 15 people
Target audience: Higher education institutions, social economy enterprises, architecture firms, municipalities, and other organizations interested in sustainable development and urban planning.

Renting the Espace Angus

Book a unique venue for your next event

In the heart of the Technopôle Angus, Espace Angus offers a welcoming, bright, modern venue that is ideal for meetings, workshops or events. It is a multipurpose space that also allows you to delve into the history of the district through its interpretation centre, with a permanent exhibition on the Technopôle Angus, and the Voix d’Angus, an interactive multi-sensory installation.

Espace Angus can accommodate a variety of events. Whether it is for a work meeting, training session, private visit or a resident committee meeting, our goal is for as many people as possible to be able to enjoy the space. All event proposals will be reviewed by our team.

Espace Angus is located at 4240 Augustin Frigon Street, Suite 100, in Montreal.

Reservations can be made at Espace Angus during the opening hours listed below. Each reservation must be for at least 3 hours:

Monday to Friday: 9 am‑5 pm

Seated: 40 people
Standing: 65 people

Espace Angus is equipped with:

3 tables
40 chairs and stools
1 TV and 1 sound system
1 fridge and 1 sink

No dishes, cutlery or kitchen items are supplied — please arrange to bring your own.
