Last Fall, the Chocolate Academy unveiled its new Montreal facility. A one-of-a-kind destination for kitchen professionals and the epicurious, the Chocolate Academy is a major institution with 16 training centres across the globe. La Maison des infirmières also opened last Fall, offering 60,000 sq. ft. of brand-new and extremely environmentally friendly (built to LEED-NC silver specifications) space to Ordre des Infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ), Fondation de l’OIIQ, and Secrétariat International des Infirmières et infirmiers de l’espace francophone (SIDIIEF). Lease renewals and expansions
