This new 3-storey Provencher_Roy and lg2 signature building was inaugurated in 2021. The site includes all the conveniences of a new building, and boasts glass curtain walls, indoor parking, an adjacent pedestrian public square (Place Léopold Beaulieau) and several reputable restaurants.
